You will be responsible for quality control of ingredients, pastry dough creation, and decorating a range of tarts, pies, cakes and sweets.The role also includes stock management, equipment operation, and mentoring current staff.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a relevant qualification, and strong communication skills.
