Two exciting current opportunities have opened up at Property Collective Agency as we continue to grow our team and our presence across Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.

With offices in Redcliffe and Newstead , an expanding portfolio and the experience and stability of a long-standing agency, it’s an exciting time to be part of Property Collective Agency in Redcliffe. We are building a progressive, ambitious property business with a great team culture and genuine opportunities to grow with us.

We are now looking for two experienced property professionals to join our team, a Leasing Agent and a Property Manager, and become an important part of this next chapter.

Working closely with our Property Management team, you will take ownership of many of our out-of-office activities. The flexibility to be part time in this role is also available.

We are also looking for an experienced Property Manager who understands that great property management is about communication, relationships and taking ownership. Managing your own portfolio with the support of our wider team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with owners and tenants, managing leases, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenancy matters, resolving issues professionally and proactively, and ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.

Key responsibilities

Leasing Agent

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Routine, entry and exit inspections and reporting
- Assisting with leasing and tenant-related activities
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or property concerns
- Providing a professional experience for prospective and existing tenants

Property Manager

- Building strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing tenancy, vacate and bond matters




- Resolving issues professionally and proactively
- Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
- Protecting our clients' assets and delivering excellent service

About you

Leasing Agent

- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Driver's licence
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible working options available. You can structure a five-day week or structure your hours across the equivalent of a four-day working week.
- Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and IRE is highly regarded

Property Manager

- Minimum 3 years' residential Property Management experience
- Strong legislative knowledge
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Takes ownership, communicates proactively and follows things through
- Experience with PropertyMe and IRE is highly regarded
- Company car for out-of-office duties
