BaptistCare NSW & ACT in Forster is seeking a part-time Care Assessment Coordinator to support the Residential team at Kularoo Centre. You will coordinate the AN-ACC process, lead pre-admission assessments, and help secure funding outcomes for residents' care journeys.

Ideal candidates will be a qualified Registered Nurse with AN-ACC knowledge, robust communication, time management, and MS Office proficiency.
