OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations across our Western Australia locations. You will lead customer service, supervise a small team, manage rosters and stock, and ensure health and safety policies are followed.

You will build robust customer relationships, coach staff, and contribute to sales targets while delivering a high standard of service. This role offers growth within a nationwide network and ongoing training.
