Technical Service Manager (Mineral Exploration)| Contract | Hybrid

We are a privately owned exploration company with mining and exploration tenements in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. We are seeking a seasoned, versatile Technical Service Manager to support our executive team in coordinating our statutory compliance, tenement management, and field logistics.

The role

Reporting directly to the executive team, you will assist company to keep its entire tenement portfolio remains in valuable standing while ensuring all field operations comply with Western Australian legislation. This is a dynamic role balancing office-based regulatory affairs with practical, hands‑on support for our remote exploration camp and drilling operations during the active field season (typically 2 to 3 months per year).

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

Liaise directly with the company’s external tenement consultants and proactively manage the company’s tenement portfolio to maintain good standing and secure tenure. This includes compiling annual technical reports, drafting Extension of Term applications for tenement renewals, managing Form 5 expenditure reports, and navigate exemption application processes when required.





Liaise directly with government agencies to ensure all exploration activities comply with Western Australian safety, environmental, and cultural heritage legislation. This includes lodging all mandatory statutory reports and notifications via the WorkSafe WA Safety Regulation System (SRS), securing necessary environmental approvals, compiling environmental compliance reports, and coordinating heritage clearance processes.

Assist with community engagement and liaise with local pastoralists, Traditional Owners, and regulatory stakeholders to build positive relationships and meet statutory obligations.

Assist with the planning and execution of drilling programs.

Coordinate procurement and logistics for an exploration camp during the active field season.

About you

Bachelor of Science in Geology or a related field.

Demonstrated experience navigating WA mining legislation, tenement compliance, and the DMPE/SRS portal.

Experience managing Native Title matters, land access, and heritage-related processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
