Job Description
Brain Sells is seeking an onsite HP support specialist for a contract with a global blue-chip technology company.
You will provide Level 1 technical support, manage office supplies, and log service calls for the printing setting at the client site.
Key duties include representing the HP brand on site, building relationships across all levels, relocating printers, resolving paper jams, updating firmware, and coordinating with HP for service requests.
