As ourDental Receptionist,you'll be an key part of the patient experience, helping create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment patients walk through the door.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing friendly customer service
Managing patient bookings and appointments
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Supporting the dental team with general administrative tasks
Helping ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
Has previousreception or customer service experience
Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with patients
Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Has a skilled and positive attitude
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has an interest in the dental industry
