Job Description
Westpac is seeking a hands-on data engineering leader in Sydney or Melbourne, operating in a hybrid mode.
You will lead a squad to modernise engineering capability, accelerate governed platforms, and drive reusable, metadata-driven patterns across the enterprise.
You'll stay close to delivery on ADAPT and Unified Framework (UFW) while uplifting quality, productivity and standardisation.
Robust communication and coaching skills are essential.
