Commercial Maintenance Plumber - High End Buildings

Quick Plumbing Group is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Plumber - High End Buildings to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Sydney NSW 2000. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing complex plumbing systems in high-end commercial buildings, including prestigious office complexes, luxury hotels, and premium retail establishments. This position is critical to ensuring our clients' properties operate seamlessly and maintain the highest standards of service excellence. You will work on-site at client locations, performing preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and system upgrades on sophisticated plumbing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems, pipework, water supply systems and drainage networks
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing faults and system failures, utilising problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Perform emergency call-outs to address urgent plumbing issues, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations and occupants
- Install, service and maintain high-end fixtures, water heating systems, backflow prevention devices and specialised plumbing equipment
- Undertake pipe work installation, modification and repairs to existing systems within commercial properties
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs undertaken and materials used for each client property
- Liaise professionally with building managers, facilities teams and property owners to understand requirements and provide updates on work progress




- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, building codes and industry standards whilst working on-site
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure compliance with site‑specific safety protocols

What we're looking for

- Current plumbing licence or equivalent qualification recognised in New South Wales, with proven experience as a qualified plumber
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in commercial plumbing maintenance, with demonstrated expertise in high‑end or complex building systems
- Strong technical knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, gas plumbing, heating systems and backflow prevention
- Experience with preventative maintenance programmes and understanding of building management systems
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose faults quickly and efficiently
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple client sites
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanour when interacting with building management and property owners
- Open to occaissional work on sites in regional NSW
- Commitment to health and safety compliance and a strong safety awareness on commercial building sites




- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to attend multiple locations
