The Role

You will manage a well-supported portfolio of Owners Corporations while acting as a trusted advisor to committees, owners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Managing an Owners Corporation portfolio with the support of dedicated associate, administration, and accounts staff
- Convening and chairing AGMs, SGMs, and committee meetings
- Building strong working relationships with committees and stakeholders
- Providing legislative and procedural guidance
- Coordinating maintenance, contractor, and compliance matters
- Responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring matters are proactively managed and followed through to completion

About You

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused strata management professional who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Owners Corporation management
- Ability to independently manage an OC portfolio
- Strong meeting chairing and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation and industry practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A calm, solutions-focused, and professional approach
- Confidence working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strata management software, ideally Property IQ
