Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Head Chef - Catering and Events to lead our culinary team across conferences, weddings and large-scale functions. Working with the Executive Chef, you will design menus, cost them and ensure flawless execution at scale.

The role requires senior leadership, solid HACCP knowledge, and proven ability to manage high-volume operations, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
