Excited about continuing you career as aDocument AutomationAnalyst,you are keen to expand on yourexperience inproviding document automation services in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Your will be able todemonstrateexperience in the following areas;

- Familiarity with thedocument automation requirements of alargelaw firm and experience across a breadth of different areas of law. Retail leasing experience is highly sought after.
- Advanced skills and experience in document automationin HotDocs
- Advanced skills in creatingmultidocument packsbased off interview questionswith bespoke client requirements.
- Basic SQL understandingof tablesand field mappings.
- Basic understanding of Office macro generation
- Able to understand stakeholder requirements and map those requirementsto outputswithin the document automation platform
- Experience liaising with Vendors and implementing solutions
- Be a team player with a solution-focused approach and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Yourpreviousexperience willdemonstratethat you have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritise and manage deadlines and an appetite for exceeding customer expectations in responsiveness and resolutions.

Your role

Working withinthe IT team, this role willprovidea range ofdocumentautomationsolutions to the firm anditsclients in line with the firm's vision,strategyand business operations within the legal industry.You’llhave substantial autonomy over your work outputs, trusted to deliver quality results for the firm.
