We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing team at Cricks Highway, where we represent 13 recent car brands as well as pre-owned vehicles.

As a Senior Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance, supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Business Manager who embraces a challenge, is driven to achieve and exceed KPIs and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Strong commercial and financial acumen

- The ability to influence and work collaboratively with the sales team
- Strong leadership and mentoring capability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- The ability to identify opportunities and maximise every deal
- A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Experience with ERA, Finance Connect and/or LeadDriver will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Your primary responsibilities

As Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance,



Insurance and Warranty performance while supporting the broader sales team to achieve dealership targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the achievement and exceeding of Finance & Insurance KPIs
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity
- Managing enquiries, follow-ups, deal negotiation and closing
- Presenting and selling Finance, Insurance and Warranty products
- Coaching and supporting sales consultants to identify F&I; opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journeyMaximising profitability while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Maintaining accurate and timely reporting
- Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Leading by example and contributing to a high-performance team culture
