We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Production Workers at our ingredient manufacturing facility in Eagle Farm. This role provides an prospect to start on a casual basis with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position. Responsibilities
- Assist in the ingredient preparation process by picking up 20kg bags and placing them into forklift hopper buckets.
- Operate within the mixing room by opening ingredient bags and tipping contents into the mixing hopper.
- Dispose of empty ingredient bags properly.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing fit-tested masks during specific mixing operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Adhere to the work schedule, which is Monday to Friday from 5 am to 1 pm, with occasional overtime opportunities.
- Ensure punctual and reliable attendance to contribute to a consistent production workflow.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and healthy, comfortable with lifting and maneuvering heavy bags over short distances.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment such as masks, coveralls, and hairnets.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Open to feedback and willing to adapt to company procedures.
