Bolton Clarke is seeking a part-time Maintenance Officer to deliver general upkeep of buildings and fixtures at our Parramatta & Western Suburbs Sydney location. You will coordinate contractors, monitor budgets, and uphold a safe, compliant workplace for residents and staff.
The role requires hands-on maintenance experience (min 2 years), knowledge of relevant legislation, and a valid driver’s licence. A pre-employment medical, police or NDIS checks may be required.
