Job Description
Ford Australia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to partner with dealerships, optimise technical performance and improve workshop metrics such as FRTFT.
The role supports technician training plans and recruitment, while ensuring Ford product knowledge remains current.
Based at Nedlands, WA (136 Stirling Hwy) and reporting to the Field Service Engineer Supervisor, the role aims to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction across dealer networks.
