Orange City Council is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join the Customer Service team for a temporary part time role (29 hours/week).
You will handle inquiries in person, by phone, email and across channels, delivering timely, quality service.Responsibilities include processing applications for services (rates, registrations, permits), invoicing and payments, and maintaining records in the council systems.
A Certificate III in Administration or Customer Service is required.
