RSEA Safety, based in Hurstville, NSW, seeks an experienced State Sales Manager to lead NSW B2B sales from our Hurstville base.
You will guide a team of 10+ specialists, drive revenue growth, manage margins and coach across metropolitan and regional territories.
You will own sales budgets, forecasts and pricing decisions while collaborating with major accounts, retail, distribution and warehousing teams to fulfil customer commitments.
Regular travel is required across NSW/ACT.
