Job Description
Kingpin Bowling Macarthur is seeking a Bar Manager to lead a quick-paced bar team inside a buzzing entertainment venue.
You will own bar operations, including stock, safety, and drink preparations, while delivering standout guest experiences across bowling, karaoke, darts, and dining.
You'll coach bartenders, manage cost of goods with the Head Chef, drive monthly revenue initiatives, and keep the cocktail menu fresh.
