The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a busy Cairns-based operation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the team to coordinate daily activities, support operational performance, maintain quality and compliance standards, and ensure efficient service delivery.

We're seeking someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, supporting their team, solving problems, and contributing to continuous improvement. Applicants from logistics, transport, warehousing, aviation, manufacturing, food production, operations, or other rapid-paced environments are encouraged to apply.

While the role generally operates Monday to Friday during business hours, some flexibility is required from time to time to support operational requirements and peak periods.

Your Skills & Experience

- Experience coordinating or supervising operations within a busy environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Experience supporting teams and managing competing priorities




- The ability to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within logistics, transport, warehousing, manufacturing, aviation, or similar operational environments
- Current Driver's Licence

Experience working within a regulated environment and knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, food safety, or quality assurance processes will be highly regarded.
