The Opportunity

As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality services,we are seeking a Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our team.Partneringwith clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders, you will lead the delivery of keyorganisationalinitiatives, supporting business performance through effective project execution and well-defined solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity tooperateacross both project management and business analysis,leadingsystem implementations, processtransformation, and broader business initiatives.You will shape project governanceframeworks, drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, andinfluence stakeholdersto ensureinitiativesdeliver measurable outcomes aligned withorganisationalstrategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initiation through to implementation and close.
- Develop andmaintainproject plans, schedules, and documentation, with a proactive approach to managing risks and issues.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams and vendors.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and foster cross-functional collaboration to support successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes.
- Support system implementations, process improvements, and selected capital projects.
- Track and communicate project progress,



ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Support change and adoption activities to ensure solutions are effectively embedded into business-as-usual operations.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of governance frameworks, tools, and best practices.

About You

- Proven experiencein project management and/or business analysis roles, with the ability to deliver projects and initiatives from end to end.
- Strongorganisationalskills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on system or technology-related projects, with an understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic andsolutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of outcomes, andoperatingin an evolving environment.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvement.
