Allcar Towing Group is seeking a reliable, organised and confident Weekend Dispatchers to join our growing operations team. This position will initially be offered on a casual basis, with a view to transitioning to permanent part-time employment for the right person. You will work Saturday and Sunday shifts, with additional weekday shifts available. Day Shift runs 6:00am - 2:00pm and Afternoon Shift runs 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Key responsibilities

Receive and coordinate towing and roadside assistance bookings

Allocate jobs efficiently to drivers

Monitor driver locations, availability and job progress

Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies and other clients

Provide accurate updates and maintain detailed job records

Respond calmly and effectively to urgent or time-sensitive situations

Support drivers throughout their shifts





Ensure jobs are coordinated efficiently from booking through to completion

About you

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organisation and the ability to multitask

Confidence working in a busy, quick-paced environment

Good computer and data-entry skills

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Knowledge of Melbourne and Victorian roads is highly regarded

Previous experience in dispatch, transport, logistics or towing is preferred, but not essential
