$79K PA - $85K PA COLDLINE REFRIGERATION MANAGEMENT PTY LTD is looking for a full time Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic for their thriving business in Seven Hills,
New South Wales. The business is a Sydney-based commercial refrigeration specialist providing tailored refrigeration solutions to clients across a range of industries.

Its services include bespoke refrigeration system design, equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and 24/7 emergency breakdown support. The business focuses on delivering reliable, efficient and cost-effective solutions, supported by an experienced technical team and a solid commitment to quality workmanship, professional service and long-term customer relationships. To be considered for the role, you need to have a relevant industry qualification or at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.

Skills & Experience

- Install, maintain, service, and repair commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on split systems, ducted systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Test electrical circuits, components, controls, and refrigerant systems using specialised diagnostic equipment
- Install compressors, condensers,



evaporators, motors, fans, ductwork, piping, and associated equipment
- Recover, vacuum, test, and recharge refrigerant systems using gas and fluid pressure testing methods and vacuum pumps, in accordance with industry regulations and environmental standards
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, plans, and specifications for installation and repair works
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with required standards, WHS requirements, and company procedures
- Identify and recommend system upgrades, repairs, and energy-efficient solutions to clients where required
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members regarding job requirements and project updates
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in a safe and clean condition
- Assist with emergency breakdown services
- Work collaboratively with the team, including providing guidance and on-the-job training
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, customer service, and attention to detail across all projects
