VALD is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the VALD IT Ops team. You will bridge day-to-day user support with contemporary workplace administration, handling L1/2 issues, device enrollment, and onboarding for Windows and macOS.

You'll work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender, and grow skills in endpoint security and cloud administration while delivering a seamless user experience for a global client base.
