Job Description
Darwalla Group in south-east Queensland is seeking a Rearing Farm Assistant Manager (2IC) to support the Farm Manager at the Sandy Camp Breeder Rearing Farm.
This development role focuses on overseeing daily operations across a 6-shed contemporary rearing production facility.
You will assist with coordinating farm activities, ensuring safety, training staff, managing medications and reporting, and helping engage a capable team to meet business objectives.
