What we are looking for

We are looking for exceptional Solicitors and Senior Associates to join our market leading practice groups in all offices nationally: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth.

We deliver industry expertise, experience and insights across the full spectrum of commercial, financial and specialist legal services including:

- Banking & Finance
- Competition, Trade & Regulatory
- Corporate, Private Equity, M&A; and Commercial
- International Funds
- Securities
- Tax

What you would bring to the team

- Excellent analytical, communication and research skills to contribute to prompt and commercially astute advice




- Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management to support and develop client relationships
- Team focus to facilitate effective teamwork and internal relationships
- Enthusiasm for business development activities and building strategic networks
- First-rate experience in the preparation of advice and drafting documents

You will have experience gained in a similar environment or in both private practice and within the legal team of an industry participant. You don’t need to have worked on everything we do; our responsibility is to broaden your skills and experience.
