The Kerrone Irish Bar is looking for an experienced, energetic and reliable Duty Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a busy bar environment, takes pride in delivering great customer service and can lead a team with confidence.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the venue during your shifts, including:

Leading and supporting the bar team

Opening and closing the venue

Maintaining RSA and responsible service standards

Handling cash and daily operational requirements

Ensuring the venue is clean, safe and well presented

Managing staff and resolving customer issues professionally

Helping create the welcoming atmosphere The Kerrone Irish Bar is known for

What We're Looking For





Previous duty management or supervisory experience in a bar, pub or hospitality venue

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment

Current RSA

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays

Reliable and willing to be part of a team

This is a full time position with a great opportunity for the right person to become an important part of The Kerrone Irish Bar team.
