We are a boutique builder/developer looking for a Full Time Contract Site Manager to help us deliver commercial projects i.e Office / Warehouse/ Retail etc

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and overseeing project delivery.
- Reporting to Directors and/or Project Manager.
- Ensuring work is within time, budget and quality standard.
- Managing Project Teams and Site Personnel
- OH&S; - ensuring all safety regulations are being implemented.

About You:

- Relevant tertiary or trades background
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience delivering industrial and/or retail projects preferred
- Proven track record of managing similar projects from start to completion up to $10M
- Excellent communication, analytical & adaptable
- A positive and solutions focused attitude
- Outstanding with clients, subcontractors and co-workers alike
