We are seeking a Payrol & HR Administrator to join our team. The position is full-time and based out of our head office in Mulwala with an employer who values your team and solution driven mindset.

You will need to be a confident, detail-oriented individual ready to thrive in a busy administrative setting.

Qualifications

- Qualifications in Payroll and Human Resources are highly regarded

Skills required

- A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Employment Hero and Keypay is highly advantageous
- Solid work ethic and the willingness to help others and work within a team
- Personal pride in the quality of your work and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements & efficiencies
- Confidence to work independently and meet required deadlines

Responsibilities

- Weekly payroll
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance review cycles and training initiatives
- Assist with HR policy development and compliance
- Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing programs
- Support the HR & WHS Manager on projects and initiatives
