Job Description
Talent Forge is seeking a driven Business Development Manager – Capital Equipment to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, across industrial markets in Australia.
You will identify prospects, tailor equipment solutions, and build long-term relationships with current and existing customers.
Collaborating with service, finance and operations teams, you will develop quotes, manage margins, and forecast sales.
A background in technical B2B sales and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
