Our Sydney based client, Bayside Group, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to own the HR function and collaborate with senior leadership. This role blends strategic partnering with hands-on HR to shape culture, talent and the employee experience.

You will work on people strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle activities, while advising on employee relations and performance—delivering high-impact HR leadership in a rapid-growing environment.
