Repco is looking for a Duty Manager / Senior Retail Assistant to ensure an exceptional customer experience from entry to checkout. You will open/close shifts, lead a small team on Sundays, and ensure safety and showroom standards are maintained.
This role emphasizes upselling, stock control and merchandising, requiring robust communication and a customer‑facing mindset. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; full training is provided and staff discounts apply.
