As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted support behind the scenes, helping families access the programs and services that make a difference in their children's lives.

Whether your background is in customer service, education, community services, disability support, administration, youth work, health, retail or another people-focused role, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and creating positive experiences.

Every phone call, email and conversation is an opportunity to build connections, solve problems and support families when they need it most.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting families, schools and service teams through phone and email enquiries, creating positive experiences that leave people feeling informed, valued and supported
- Assisting families with enrolments, bookings, account enquiries and general support, helping them confidently navigate their School Plus journey
- Building strong relationships through warm, responsive and solution-focused communication
- Providing timely and accurate information while resolving enquiries with empathy, professionalism and care
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring data integrity across systems
- Supporting service teams with administrative assistance, key information and stakeholder communications
- Becoming proficient in our booking and enrolment platforms, including XAP
- Contributing to reporting, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience




- Working collaboratively with families, schools and internal teams to support strong engagement and occupancy across our services
- Living our G.R.O.W. values through every interaction and helping create positive outcomes for children, families and communities

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a customer service, education, community, health or people-focused environment
- A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Confidence working in a KPI-driven environment while maintaining exceptional customer service
- A willingness to learn and embrace new systems and processes
