Position title: Business Development Manager

Remuneration: $100k salary + commission, ~$150k OTE

The Company's niche audiences are difficult-to-reach senior business decision-makers highly sought after by B2B marketers in select industries.

About the role

Reporting to the National Sales Director, the mission is to maximise revenue growth and achieve set revenue targets from a set territory of active and lapsed clients: this role is a mix of existing client management and new business development.

Key tasks

- Implement a sales strategy which will result in hitting monthly and annual revenue targets;
- Key account management - client service, regular check-ins, campaign reporting;
- Cross-functional team liaison to ensure smooth delivery of client campaigns and reports;




- Represent the Company at industry events;
- Report revenue results, forecasts and progress-to-target to management;

About the successful candidate

Skills & experience

- Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a B2B media workplace;
- Core sales skills and experience soltiion selling in a B2B scenario;
- Strong presentation skills in client meetings and at industry events;
- Technically literate, preferably Microsoft365 applications and Hubspot;
