Senior Manager-Cross Sector Triage and Major Projects
The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation is seeking an experienced and driven individual to step into the role of Senior Manager – Cross Sector Triage and Major Projects. Based in Joondalup with the option to work from the Perth CBD hub, this leadership position plays a critical role in managing assessments and approvals for major state projects under the Lead Agency Framework and eventually supporting the Coordinator General's functions. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, providing expert oversight and strategic advice on complex industrial developments. This role is central to streamlining approval pathways, enhancing cross-agency collaboration, and ensuring transparency across government processes. You will work closely with stakeholders including proponents, lead agencies, and regulatory bodies to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes that support Western Australia's development priorities.
Key responsibilities
