JFH Konstrukt is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing aluminium screens and balustrade team. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD 4000, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site teams, coordinating with offshore suppliers, and maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations. This position is integral to the successful execution of our construction projects and represents a key leadership role within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all offshore, manufacturing activities, logistics and on-site activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project specifications, timelines and budgets
- Manage and motivate site teams, including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
- As a site supervisor, must have background experience in aluminium manufacturing, boiler maker with carpentry experience.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to maintain a culture of safety and compliance on site
- Monitor health and safety standards, conduct risk assessments and ensure all workers comply with safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, progress logs and documentation as required
- Inspect completed work and materials to ensure quality standards are met and identify any defects or issues
- Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on site progress




- Manage site resources, including equipment, materials and personnel to maximise efficiency
- Identify and address on-site problems promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary
- Ensure the site workplace is kept clean, organised and compliant with environmental regulations

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety procedures and relevant legislation
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Certificate) or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations, including WHS Act requirements
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines




- Proven ability to manage and coordinate with offshore manufacturer ensuring compliance with project design documentation
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Computer literacy and familiarity with site management software or similar tools is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications such as Site Supervisor certification, First Aid, Carpentry, Boiler Maker, Metal Works fabrication.
