We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic person to join our busy team, assisting one of our directors with a wide range of tasks relating to listing and transacting commercial property including marketing preparation, presenting to prospective clients, assisting buyers, tenants & their consultants with enquiries and inspections and more.

The position involves assisting with:

- Identifying & securing current opportunities
- Preparing submissions
- Liaising with and reporting to clients
- Coordinating property marketing
- Conducting inspections with buyers, tenants, valuers and consultants
- Working in the industrial, development site, office & retail sectors

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed




- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Vehicle & driver’s license
- Experience in commercial or residential agency preferred
