OracleCMS is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Gold Coast team on an 8-week fixed-term contract, supporting the customer service requirements of one of our client projects.

This is a full time opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week, with the potential for the contract to be extended based on business requirements, performance and attendance.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and providing accurate, helpful solutions.

You'll work across a range of customer interactions, using your communication and problem-solving skills to understand what customers need and provide the right assistance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Responding to inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers
- Recording customer information accurately in internal systems
- Navigating multiple systems while assisting customers
- Following established processes and procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service across every interaction
- Escalating enquiries where required
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service outcomes

About You

- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Basic computer literacy
- A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills required to succeed in the role.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, office-based position at our Gold Coast office.

You must be available to work across:

Monday to Saturday, between 7:00am and 10:00pm.

Your specific roster will be determined based on operational requirements and the services you are trained to support.

The Recruitment Process
