As a Plastic Blown Film Extrusion Operator, you will work as part of our production team, operating and monitoring blown film extrusion equipment while ensuring production targets and quality standards are maintained. You will be working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are highly valued.

Key responsibilities

Operate blown film extrusion machinery, including setting up equipment, adjusting parameters and monitoring production runs

Previous blown film extrusion experience is highly regarded but not essential

Strong focus on safety, quality and production procedures

Forklift licence highly regarded but not necessary

Physically fit as you may need to lift up to 20kgs

Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

Has a solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability





Can read and interpret technical specifications, work instructions and production schedules

Has excellent attention to detail and is committed to maintaining quality standards

Holds full Australian working rights

Has a driver's licence and reliable transport – essential

Ability to read and write basic English

$70,000+ per year, depending on experience

4-day working week – 38 hours
