Calibre Resourcing Solutions in Townsville seeks an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead crews, coordinate projects, and keep work moving safely and efficiently on site.
This is a permanent residential role based in Townsville, not FIFO.
You will manage project preparation and delivery, supervise operators and resources, liaise with clients, oversee safety and quality, assist with tender support, procurement and reporting, and coordinate plant movements.
