You will carry out client-focused care duties, facilitate community participation, and work within the organisation's model of practice to support individuals and their families.
You will hold a Certificate III in Disability Studies or related fields, plus current Senior First Aid, CPR/First Aid, and NDIS Worker Screening.
You will respond to crises per guidelines and contribute to continuous service improvement.
