Lumia Care is seeking Community Support Workers to join our Parramatta/Sydney team, helping elderly clients living at home with social support, transport, shopping assistance and outings. Flexible schedule and a supportive team culture.
You will provide personal care with dignity, help clients stay independent at home, and work with dedicated mentors. A Certificate III/IV in Community/Aged Care or equivalent is desirable; a valid driver’s license and First Aid are required.
