Icon Cancer Centre Maitland is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team and support the radiation oncology unit. This permanent, part-time role provides administration, secretarial and reception support with accurate appointment bookings and welcoming patient experience.

The role involves correct billing, timely paperwork processing, and liaising with oncologists. Work in a supportive, patient-focused setting within our Maitland centre.
