SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for allmembers, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting studiotours and inductions
- Support membership growth by responding to enquiries,following up on leads, and following Viva's sales process tomaximise conversions
- Engage with members, assist with general queries
- Handle administrative duties including phone calls, membersfeedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalatingissues when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented studioenvironment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks,restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, andsupporting operational and administrative tasks
