Breakthru is seeking a casual team member for our Charlestown site, offering 36.5 hours weekly with open availability. The role includes active night shifts, personal care, rotating rosters, short shifts, regular and occasional weekend work, driving a pool car, and access to a private vehicle to transport participants.

You will support individuals in their homes and communities, focusing on independence, dignity, and choice in real-world settings.
