Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer, Level 2, to join in Melbourne.
The role combines on-site presence and work from home, with 1–2 days onsite as required.
You will resolve Tier 2 issues, support hardware and networking, and liaise with clients across multiple sites.
A proactive, communicative skilled with MSP experience will thrive.
