Job Description
Refinery Group is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for The Saint, Melbourne's exciting current venue opening.
You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure consistent, high-quality food across services and refine menus in line with the venue's direction.
Bring 5+ years in qualified kitchens, proven sous/Head Chef experience, and robust leadership with a calm, structured approach under pressure.
