About the Role
You'll work across a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial and retail leasing
Property development and subdivisions
Conveyancing (commercial and residential)
Lending, securities and related commercial work
General property advisory matters
The role offers direct client contact, strong workflow, and the chance to work closely with experienced senior practitioners in a supportive, collaborative setting.
About You
We're interested in lawyers who have:
3–4 years' post‐admission experience in commercial property
Solid transactional experience and robust attention to detail
Confidence managing files and communicating directly with clients
A personable, practical and solutions‐focused approach
