EML Payments is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own a portfolio of key Australian customers, driving retention, growth and renewals. You will develop account plans, engage executives and coordinate across product, operations and finance to deliver outcomes.

Based in Sydney, you will build trusted relationships from operational contacts to senior decision-makers, manage risks and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer-centric focus in a rapid-moving payments environment.
