Are you a motivated, caring, and independent Clinical or Registered Psychologist looking for the next step in your career?
Reliance Psychology Services is seeking either an early-career psychologist or an experienced Clinical or Registered Psychologist to join our supportive and growing team on the Central Coast.
Established in 2015, Reliance Psychology Services was created to meet the increasing need for accessible, high-quality mental health care in our local community. We are part of a rapidly expanding integrated care network within a multidisciplinary medical centre, working alongside allied health professionals including dietitians, paediatricians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers.
Our custom-built, modern clinic provides a professional and welcoming environment where clinicians feel supported, valued, and able to do meaningful work. You will also be supported by an experienced reception and administration team who assist with bookings, confirmations, accounts, report scheduling, and liaison with GPs, insurers, and other referrers.
About the Role
Our psychologists provide evidence-based assessment and therapy for a broad range of mental health concerns across the lifespan. Our team works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and we are continuing to grow in response to the needs of the Central Coast community.

Professional Development
Professional development is an important part of our clinic culture. We are particularly interested in supporting clinicians who wish to further develop skills in areas such as:
Complex trauma
Neurodevelopmental concerns, including Autism and ADHD
Psychological assessment
Evidence-based intervention across the lifespan
Full time role with flexible working days and hours
Employee or contractor remuneration models available
Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and role structure

About You
We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, reflective, and committed to providing high-quality psychological care.
The successful applicant will have:
Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration prior to commencement
Eligibility to provide Medicare services
Eligibility to provide Workers Insurance services preferred
Professional indemnity insurance
Commitment to ongoing career development
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Ability to prepare clear, qualified reports
Working with Children Check
National Police Check obtained within the last three months, or willingness to obtain one
The right to work in Australia
Previous experience with Medicare billing systems is not required, as training will be provided.
Highly Regarded
The following experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential:
Minimum two years post-registration experience
New graduate applicants are also welcome to apply
Experience working with NDIS clients
Experience administering cognitive assessments, including WAIS and WISC
Experience using diagnostic assessment tools for Autism and ADHD
Interest or experience in complex trauma, neurodevelopmental assessment, or lifespan mental health
